This Privacy Policy explains how Denon & Doyle Event Planner handles information when you use the ChatGPT app to explore corporate event services, generate an event plan, and request follow-up from Denon & Doyle Entertainment.

Information We Collect

The app may process the following information that you provide through ChatGPT or the app widget:

• Corporate event details, such as event type, estimated guest count, venue type, region, budget range, event timing, and planning constraints.
• Generated plan information, such as recommended services, planning notes, and a plan summary.
• Contact details you choose to submit, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and follow-up preference.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Generate a corporate event planning recommendation.
• Display the plan in the ChatGPT app widget.
• Send a follow-up request to Denon & Doyle Entertainment if you explicitly submit the contact form.
• Operate, debug, and improve the app and its MCP server.

Lead Submission and Email Delivery

If you submit a contact request, the app sends the contact details and event plan summary to Denon & Doyle Entertainment by email. The app uses Resend as an email delivery provider. If email delivery is not configured, the server may log the lead information for operational review instead of sending an email.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting and email delivery providers, and with Denon & Doyle Entertainment staff who respond to event inquiries.

Data Retention

Contact requests and operational logs may be retained as needed to respond to inquiries, operate the app, troubleshoot issues, and satisfy business or legal obligations.

ChatGPT and OpenAI

Your use of this app occurs within ChatGPT and may also be subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policy. OpenAI may process information you provide to ChatGPT according to its own policies.

Your Choices

You can use the planning features without submitting a contact request. If you do not want Denon & Doyle Entertainment to receive your contact information, do not submit the follow-up form.
